• When prompted for name of "Resort/Cruise" please enter the name of the hotel that you are staying at OR the cruise line you are traveling with, if a cruise. 
   

• Travel Insurance - all travelers are required to receive a quote for trip protection. Travel Insurance quotes, including full policy details, and total cost, will be generated upon receipt of the Travel Request Form and sent directly to the traveler for review.
  
  There is no obligation to purchase travel insurance and you will be offered the opportunity to purchase or decline travel insurance after we have generated your travel insurance quote.
  
  Travel Insurance cost varies dependent on cost of trip, age of travelers, number of travelers, trip destination, and traveler state of residence.
