Below are details on Blue Haven Resort where the ceremony will be held and guests will be staying.  As a Destination Wedding Travel Specialist, I've been working with Susan & Jim to make the travel plans organized and effortless for themselves and their guests.  Discounted room rates INCLUDING transfers to/from Blue Haven Resort and Turks & Caicos airport have been arranged. 

The couple requests that you arrange your room reservation through Destinations HD under their group room block - this will ensure the coordination and cross-reference for the resort & wedding coordinator to track the room locations, group amenities & ceremony/event planning.  The bride & groom will also receive additional amenities based on their group bookings!

Blue Haven Resort, is a luxury, boutique, all-inclusive resort just 20 minutes from the Providenciales International Airport and on the northeastern point of Providenciales. It's intimate and small enough so that everyone will be able to enjoy time together, but has a range of activities and attractions for every age so you will have lots to explore during your stay!  Enjoy the gorgeous infinity pool featuring ocean views and the clear ocean water, which is calm due to it's location, great for enjoying the included non-motorized watersports all day long.  This contemporary resort is all-inclusive and offers shared amenities with it's two sister resorts on the island - including a free shuttle to and from the other properties!  Be sure to take full advantage of everything Blue Haven Resort has to offer.

Reserve your room BY JANUARY 31, 2019 with a $200 PER PERSON nonrefundable deposit IF you reserve PRIOR to January 31!  A limited number of rooms in certain categories are being held for the group - so first come, first served rules apply for availability. All unused rooms will also be released on this day. Any rooms reserved AFTER this date will be based on hotel availability at time of booking. FIND ROOM RATES BELOW.

A Second Deposit equal to 50% of your total Room Cost is due BY JANUARY 31, 2020.  At which this date, both initial room deposit and the 50% of total room cost is nonrefundable upon payment.

Final Payment is due on APRIL 3, 2020. At which point 100% of the room becomes nonrefundable. Please consider travel insurance to protect your investment - see insurance info below.

Group Rates priced PER PERSON w/ a 4-night minimum stay, based on occupancy in room category shown below.

Room Price includes: hotel accommodation, all meals, drinks, alcoholic drinks, round-trip shared airport transfers to resort, gratuities & taxes.  Additional charges apply for: porterage charge of $8.80 per person (in and out), room service, salon services, babysitting, private events/dinner on beach, excursions/tours, upgraded wine selection at dinner etc..

The Room Block is held between June 24 - 30, 2020.  The couple will be arriving on June 25. If you want to stay before or after, no problem!  Group rates valid 3 days prior to after (as long as hotel has availability).

SNG=1 adult in a room
DBL=2 adults sharing a room
TRP=3 adults sharing a room
QUD=4 adults sharing a room 

Children = Ages 12 and under stay FREE! You just pay for the Round-trip Transfers for each child.  *Children 13 and over at time of stay are classed as adults for pricing.

PLEASE NOTE: Bedding Requests are NOT guaranteed, but the hotel will do their best to accommodate all preferences. Availability & location of room depends on which rooms check-out the day you arrive, but they try to keep groups as close together as possible (per room categories booked as location of rooms varies by category).

**Additional Room categories can be arranged with the group, the above rooms are just a variety that are currently holding under the group. I can obtain pricing on other room categories, if you prefer something else.

PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL - and can not expire within 6 months of return date of travel!
**NEXT STEPS** What to expect:
  1. To request a quote or book your room, you must submit this RESERVATION REQUEST FORM online WITH your CC info needed for deposit. NO CHARGES are automatically made when you submit this form - only stores the info in our booking system. 

  2. Within 48 hours after I receive your reservation form, look out for an email that will recap the trip plans with pricing based on your submitted request form, including a travel insurance quote. 

  3. If your trip details look accurate, you need to approve and select if you will Accept or Decline travel insurance via the invoice link provided. Once you submit approval, I'll be notified and will proceed with booking your room and charging your CC for the deposit (and insurance cost if you accept coverage).

  4. Once your room reservation is finalized, I will email you an official confirmation invoice that outlines your reservation, remaining balance due, due date, & any next steps to know.

  5. I will touch base with the group periodically as I need anything. I'll send a First Notice Payment Reminder a few weeks prior to final payment to confirm your balance due and arrange payment for the remaining balance. 

  6. A few weeks after all final payments are completed, I'll create and email the group a link to download a customized Mobile Travel App with all the trip details such as: finding your transfer driver, expectations on arrival/customs, packing tips, any wedding/event info the couple wants to pass along, currency info, travel tips, requirements & more. Everything you need to prepare you for the upcoming trip! If you aren't tech savvy - you can also download the itinerary as a PDF to print :)

  7. Approximately 3-4 weeks prior to travel, we will receive your travel documents and put together packages to mail and notify you.

Destinations HD will take care of everything so you won’t have to worry about a thing :)  I look forward to working with you and getting to know their friends and family!   TERMS & CONDITIONS

What about flights?
I can also add flights to complete your vacation package - no worries! We can add flights at any time with a room reservation. Have airline miles to use? No problem! You can arrange your own flight - just forward me the itinerary for your included shuttle transfers. 


Individual Airfare prices we offer are the same as online published rates - if you prefer to purchase your own flight, you are welcome to do so.  There is a $40 ticketing fee per person for flights arranged by Destinations HD, as we are then in charge of the reservation relating to all airline schedule changes, aircraft flight # changes, reassigning seats, assist with delays, cancellations, etc... 

*NOTE: If
 you plan to fly SOUTHWEST or other value airlines (like Frontier, Spirit, etc), you do have to arrange those on your own, as they are independent airlines and do not have schedules in our flight booking system to purchase.

Protect your Travel Investment with Insurance...
While you never intend to cancel, have travel/weather delays or get hurt/sick (before or during your trip), you never know what can happen between now and then. I've had too many clients experience flight cancellations, unexpected pregnancy, illness, broken bones, shingles, unexpected family death/cancer, weather delays (losing days of their stay) & many more stories - which is why we HIGHLY recommend you protect yourself for a little more than lose thousands.

**NOTE: Insurance cost is associated with age, trip cost per person, & state. Once I receive your reservation request form, I'll have the info needed to calculate the cost and will send you details/cost to review with your invoice to review prior to booking. 

The initial room deposit is non-refundable & after final payment date, no refunds, transfers or rain-checks, per hotel contract, for any reason.  If you have travel insurance, depending on reason for cancellation & policy purchased, you may file a claim for potential refund.

**TERMS: Cancellation/Changes**
  • CHANGES:  Any changes to your reservation can be made at $25 per change (based on availability) Airlines have additional change fees in addition to.  Any hotel changes made AFTER final payment (and prior to 30 days before group travel date), must be authorized by hotel first & at a $50 change fee per change. Higher change fees will be accessed within 30 days to travel. 

    *NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF TRAVEL.
     Why 30 days?  It's in the contract, as there are multiple hotel departments, a wedding team and a transfer company that are involved with each change. Groups take more work to coordinate between the different companies, therefore they request NO CHANGES to the room block after 30 days prior to arrival to ensure that all departments, staff and security teams are provided the most current and accurate information on the groups travel plans for a smooth arrival and experience. *PLUS the couple is required to pay in full for the wedding which is based on headcount and nonrefundable. There may be higher change fee accessed (if even allowed), if requesting within 30 days prior to group's first arrival.  

  • CANCELLATIONS:  The initial room deposit is nonrefundable and after final payment, all payments are nonrefundable for ANY reason - please purchase travel insurance for possible protection against unforeseen and never expected reasons you may need to cancel. Airlines have separate change/cancellation terms - please check with your carrier for their specific terms/rules. *Keep in mind travel insurance is like any other insurance policy - you can't purchase to protect your investment after you get into a car accident or house is damaged. There are too many past situations that have happened, so I highly recommend adding coverage to your reservation if you don't want to lose your investment - better safe than sorry.  

  • LATE FEES:  Final payments not received by the due date will incur a $25 PER PERSON, PER DAY LATE FEE. However, all reservations are subject to cancellation & hotel penalties if final payment is not received on the due date AND may automatically cancel.  After 5 business days of no final payment being made, the hotel will automatically cancel your room and no refunds of any previous payments, changes or transfers will be issued. Late fees are not covered by the travel insurance and are always non-refundable.​

  • RETURNED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:  IF YOU MOVE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OF YOU NEW MAILING ADDRESS. We mail travel documents aprox 4-5 weeks prior, so any returned travel docs will incur a $35 fee prior to re-mail the package.​
